Rather than highlighting a specific lunch or dinner special this week, we’re inviting you to experience it all! Our new Lunch and Dinner Menus are full of fresh, flavorful dishes we can’t wait for you to try.

Make your reservation in The Palm and come explore your new favorites — whether it’s something classic or something completely new, there’s something delicious waiting for you!

Dear Members,

We are thrilled that our monthly BINGO night has become such a popular and well-attended event! It’s wonderful to see so many of you coming out for an evening of fun and fellowship. In an effort to better accommodate everyone — especially those who would like to enjoy dinner at Suntree before the games begin — we have made a couple of schedule adjustments.

Dinner reservations will now begin at 4:00pm, allowing plenty of time to relax and dine before BINGO.

Additionally, BINGO doors will open at 7:00pm, with the games beginning promptly at 7:30pm.

We hope these updates make for an even more enjoyable and seamless evening, and we look forward to seeing you for dinner and BINGO soon!

Appetizers (Choice of)

Buffalo Mozzarella w/ Neat & Messy Roasted Tomatoes

Creamy mozzarella with blistered and crushed roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, sea salt, and a balsamic drizzle.

Cheese-Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers

Sweet mini peppers filled with herbed cheese, roasted until tender and lightly caramelized, finished with olive oil and fresh herbs.

Prosciutto and Melon Skewers

Sweet melon wrapped in delicate prosciutto, skewered and finished with cracked pepper and a light balsamic glaze.

Salad and Soup (Choice of)

Italian Tossed Salad

Crisp romaine, vine-ripe tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and shaved Parmesan, tossed in house Italian vinaigrette and finished with assorted Italian charcuterie.

Italian Tomato Salad

Ripe sliced tomatoes with red onion, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, and a splash of red wine vinegar.

Italian Wedding Soup

Traditional Italian soup with tender beef and pork meatballs, acini di pepe pasta, fresh spinach, carrots, and onions in a delicate, savory chicken broth, finished with grated Parmesan.

Entrées (Choice of)

One Magnificent Meatball

A giant homemade meatball served over a bed of spaghetti, smothered in rich, house-made marinara sauce and finished with shaved Parmesan.

Seafood Tuscany

Shrimp, mussels, and grouper served over spinach and buttered linguine with a light garlic and white wine sauce.

Pasta Carbonara

Classic spaghetti tossed with crispy pancetta, creamy egg sauce Pecorino Romano, and cracked black pepper.

Eggplant Involtini

Fresh eggplant rolled and stuffed with ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes, baked in marinara sauce, and finished with Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Parmigiana

Breaded chicken cutlet, fried and topped with marinara, Parmesa and mozzarella cheeses, served with cheese tortellini.
