NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual Meeting of the Equity Members of the Suntree Country Club, Inc. will be held at Suntree Country Club - Magnolia Roomat 300 Country Club Drive, Melbourne, Florida 32940 at 6:00 PM on MONDAY, MARCH 30, 2026
The election will be conducted in accordance with the Bylaws of Suntree Country Club: Article IV, Section 1; Article X, Section 1; and Article XI, Section 6. Candidates are listed on the ballot in alphabetical order. The two (2) nominees with the greatest number of votes will be elected for a term of three (3) years.
The Board of Directors has approved the following four candidates for membership election (in alphabetical order) as presented to them by the Nominating Committee:
• Mr. Michael Buxton
• Mr. Ken Dawson
• Mr. Tony Toulouse
• Mr. Pat Waters
Online voting will start on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM. You will receive a personal voter code provided to you by the electronic voting company via email.
The voting will close at 5:00 PM on Monday, March 30, 2026 - one hour prior to the Annual Meeting at 6:00 PM. When voting has concluded, results will be provided to the outgoing President and to the Board of Directors from the electronic voting company. Results will be made public at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting and broadcast the following day to the membership.
