Parks at Davie will range from studios to three-bedroom units measuring between 568 to 1,415 square feet in size. A joint venture between Miami-based real estate investment and development firm 13th Floor Investments and JSB Capital Group is preparing to break ground on Parks at Davie, a multifamily development in Broward County’s Town of Davie. Situated on the east side of Broward College’s Davie campus, on the northwest corner of Davie Road and Southwest 37th Street, the project will encompass 383 market-rate and workforce apartments across a series of five-story buildings. Santander Bank provided $67.5 Million in construction financing to kickstart the project’s development, which is slated to get underway later this month and be completed in 2027. Preferred equity for the project was provided by Houstonbased Marble Capital. A team led by Aztec Group’s Peter Mekras assisted with the capitalization. “Parks at Davie represents our commitment to meeting growing demand for housing in South Florida by delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed residences with exceptional amenities,” said 13th Floor, Page 5A
