The Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (OEP) is officially in session. From January 1st to March 31st all Americans enrolled in Medicare Advantage (MA) will have the option to switch from their current plan to another MA plan, or to original Medicare. Unlike The Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) that takes places from October 15th to December 7th, the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) corresponds only to those already enrolled in MA.
