LEMONY SHRIMP AND FETTUCCINE PASTA DINNER

• 20-25 medium/large shrimp, peeled and de-veined

• 2 Tbsp. butter

• 3 Tbsp. Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil, divided

• 1 Tbsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon

• 2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt

• 2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning

• ¼ cup chicken stock

• Juice of one lemon

• 5-6 cherry tomatoes, quartered

• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley

• 1 box fettuccine

• Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In a large pot of boiling water, add salt and fettuccine, cook according to package directions. When pasta is almost done, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil in a fry pan over medium heat; add shrimp and seasonings. Cook stirring occasionally until shrimp is pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add lemon juice, chicken stock, parsley and tomatoes to the pan, simmer for 2-3 minutes, return shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes. When pasta is cooked to your liking, drain and toss with 2 tablespoons Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil. Place pasta in a serving dish along with the shrimp and sauce. Top with grated parmesan cheese.

• 1 brick (250g) softened cream cheese

• 1 cup grated mixed cheese

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• 1 Tbsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning

• 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion

• 1 Tbsp. Cheesy Bacon & Chive Seasoning Mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients until well blended, and spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through and bubbling. Serve with veggies and crackers.

BURGER SALAD BOWL

• 1 lb (.453 kg) ground beef or ground chicken

• 3 Tbsp. YGY Easy Eats™ Signature Burger Sauce

• Romaine lettuce, chopped

• 1 cup hard cheese, shredded (e.g. cheddar)

• ½ cup pickles, chopped

1. Season ground meat with 1 tablespoon burger seasoning and saute over medium heat until fully cooked.

2. Chop lettuce and pickles, halve tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion.

• 1/5 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/3 cup cocktail tomatoes, halved

1 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. relish

2 Tbsp. ketchup

3. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons burger seasoning with mayonnaise, relish, and ketchup for the sauce.

4. To assemble, place chopped romaine at the bottom of a bowl and arrange cooked meat, cheese, pickles, onion, and tomatoes on top. Drizzle with burger sauce or serve it on the side.

CAESAR CHICKEN SAUTE

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 2 Tbsp. YGY Easy Eats™ Caesar Dressing

• 1 cup heavy cream

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• Salt and pepper to taste

• ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

• Zest of 1 lemon

• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

1. Combine seasoning mix, heavy cream, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and set sauce aside.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then saute 3 minutes each side (covered).

3. Add sundried tomatoes, then pour sauce over chicken, cooking until it bubbles.

4. Add garnish and serve with your favourite side (pasta, orzo, potatoes, etc.).

BURSTING BERRY TRIFLE

• 1 Angel food cake (or similar), cubed

• 4 cups lemon curd, lemon pudding, or vanilla pudding

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

• 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

• 2 cups strawberries, sliced

• ½ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

• 2 ½ Tbsp. YGY Easy Eats™ Bursting Berry Blend (or more, to taste)

1. Mix whipping cream with hand mixer until soft peaks form. Add seasoning blend and whip again until cream holds its shape. Gently fold in yogurt and vanilla extract.

2. Combine angel food cake bites and lemon curd/pudding.

3. Using no more than half of each mixture, layer cake mixture, then strawberries, then cream together in a clear serving bowl or glasses. Repeat, creating new layers until your bowl or glasses are full.

4. Top it off with a smooth cream surface and a few strawberries for garnish.

Using our Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix to make these poppers adds an extra level of delicious flavour!

POPPERS

• 12 jalapeno peppers, cut in half and seeds removed

• 1 packet Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix

• 12 slices bacon, partially cooked

• 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened

• ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated

• Toothpicks

Soak toothpicks in water for ½ hour to prevent burning. Cut each slice of partially cooked bacon in half; set aside. Combine Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix, cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Warm slightly in microwave. Spoon dip into pepper boats. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick. Place peppers on grill over medium-high heat.
