It’s ramble time! Landscapes, sculptures, paths, flowers, trees, plants, scenic views, insects. All will be on show in spades next month in the 2025 Katikati Garden Ramble organised by the local rotary club.

Maryanne Calver (pictured) has offered her garden to be among a mix of 19 rural and urban backyards peppered throughout Katikati district that will open their gates from 9am-5pm on November 8-9 for the

ramble, which is a charity event to raise funds for Katikati Rotary Club’s local community projects. Maryanne only opens her garden to the public in the Katikati Garden Ramble,

and that’s because the event’s profits goes to local causes. So get your tickets to view her piece of paradise and many other gems in the ramble. Find out more on page 10. Photo / Merle Cave
