Burning of open fires and use of charcoal or fireworks are prohibited and subject to minimum $500 fine.
RVs/Trailers Although RVs, trailers, ATVs and snowmobiles may be parked in driveways for up to 48 hours, no RV occupancy or camping is allowed. ATVs and snowmobiles must remain on a trailer and may not be operated within Suncadia.
Speed Limit For the protection of wildlife, owners and guests must follow posted speed limit signs: 19 mph on main roads, 15 mph in the resort core and neighborhoods.
Quiet Hours Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
Parking To ensure access for emergency service vehicles, there is no parking on roadways, vegetation, or homesites. Special parking permits are available for events. Call: 509-649-6109.
Wildlife and Your Pets Suncadia is a habitat for diverse wildlife - some are not friendly to pets. Please do not endanger the wildlife by feeding or harassing them. For the safety of your pets, do not let them run loose or unattended. Dogs must be leashed except in Dawson Dog Park.

Burning of open fires, use of charcoal and discarding of smoking materials in vegetation is prohibited and subject to minimum $500.00 fine. • _____For the safety of the community. No parking* is allowed in roadways, on road shoulders or on any vegetation. Parking must be on paved driveways or garages. To ensure access for emergency service providers, no more than 4 vehicles are allowed on the auto court and driveway area per private residence. Extra vehicles may be parked in the garages or at the Inn or Lodge. Cars that impede safety access may be towed. • _____*Permission for temporary parking for a special event or party may be obtained in advance from Community Associations (509-649-6109). • _____For the safety of owners, guests and wildlife, please observe all speed limits. 19 mph maximum. 15 mph in the resort core. • Please ride your bicycles only on designated areas within Suncadia. Skateboarding and rollerblading are strictly prohibited within Suncadia in general unless an area has been expressly and officially marked as a skateboarding or rollerblading area. To preserve the surface of the sports courts, skateboarding, skates, or bicycles may not be ridden on the areas. • Keep our community beautiful. Bicycles, toys, skateboards and roller-skates, etc. are not allowed on Lodge patios, balconies, hallways, or stairways. Hanging of any items from decks, patios or windows is prohibited. • Please supervise the activities and conduct of your children and guests' children. • _____We welcome licensed electric vehicles, but be aware that Washington State law forbids the driving of unlicensed golf carts, ATVs or snowmobiles on roadways. For the protection of pedestrians, no motorized vehicles including golf carts, scooters, ATVs may drive on any paved pathway or paved hiking trail. • For the safety of all, only golfers may be on the golf course or on the golf cart paths. Others must not play on the courses or fish in the ponds. No use of golf course for sports games. • _____For the safety of your pets, they shall not be let or left loose or unattended within Suncadia. Dogs must be on a leash. All pets must be properly licensed/ identified. Droppings must be picked up wrapped or boxed before placing in garbage cans. • _____Wildlife is not to be fed or harassed. Violators will be reported to the department of Fish and Wildlife. • Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum volume, especially after 10:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. • For fire safety, no smoking shall be allowed within the Lodge, private homes or within 30 feet of any commercial building. • Trailers for boats and snowmobiles can be kept on property for a maximum of 48 hours in designated areas only. • Litter, trash, empty boxes or other debris shall be placed only in designated trash areas. • Neither Solicitation nor signs or banners are permitted. • Camping tents are not permitted on home sites or common areas. • No firearms (including air guns) or fireworks are to be fired or kept within Suncadia. *This is a summary of the Rules and Regulations as stated in the Associations Governing Documents. Vacation Rental Homes Rules and Regulations - Fees Please read and sign below signifying that you understand the rules for staying at of our vacation homes. 1. A fee of $150.00 will be charged to your account if all keys are not returned to the front desk at the time of departure. You are being issued keys for your home. 2. Pet Policy: If you bring a pet of any kind into one of our non-pet friendly homes a charge of $250.00 will be added and charged to the credit card left on ďŹ le. 3. No smoking is allowed in the home, patio, deck, or balcony. You must be 25 feet away from the structure on a paved surface. Used smoking products must be properly discarded and not left outside. If this is not followed a fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card left on ďŹ le. 4. I acknowledge that I have received the rules and regulations of the Suncadia community and will abide by them. 5. In addition to these fees the registered guest will be responsible for any additional amount needed to bring the property back to its condition prior to the pet’s presence or smoking taking place at the home.
