Suncadia & The SFCE would like to showcase student’s artwork at a summer art event. We invite all student artists to display and/or sell their art at our 3rd Annual Art Walk on August 24th. Art will be displayed around the resort for guests and owners to view and enjoy. Votes will be cast for the Top 3 favorite pieces, and prizes will be awarded! Please include the following information on the back of all artwork: · Artist Name and Title of Artwork · Age of Artist & Year Artwork was Created · Phone Number and Email · Signed Release Form (may be submitted in advance or with artwork)
Presentation Needs:
· Art should be 100% ready for show · Framed for presentation · Minimum size: 8.5”x11”, maximum size: 4ft x 4ft · Artwork can be 2D or 3D, there are no restrictions
In addition, all students are welcome to participate as a vendor for this event.

Dear Student Artists,
Vendor Application
You are invited you to participate as a featured artist in Suncadia’s Third Annual Outdoor Art Walk. With partners such as West Seattle Art Nest, Gallery One, and Chinook Live Entertainment, we anticipate a guest count of 1000+. The event will take place in the resort core, near The Lodge in the heart of Suncadia’s activities.
SET UP - Day of Event (Saturday, Aug. 24)
• Set up will begin at 12:00pm. You will need to have your space set up and ready no later than 2:30pm. • Students who don’t have a pop-up tent must contact Camie Stevenson so that accommodations can be made. • Vendors are responsible for their own and must provide their own 10X10 pop up tent, weights, tables, chairs and any necessary display items. • Vendors are expected to stay for all hours of the event. • You may want to bring something to help “level” your table due to possible uneven areas.
VENDOR FEE
• There is NO vendor fee for student vendors who would like to participate. • Application must be submitted by July 1, 2019, to: Sally Conway, PO Box 706, Cle Elum, WA 98922
DIRECTIONS to EVENT LOCATION
This event will be held at the “Village Amphitheater”. To get to this location you will enter Suncadia Property on Suncadia trail at the Bullfrog roundabout. Follow the same road until you reach Big Hill Drive on your right, take this road, you will pass the Swim and Fitness Center on your right, there will be a gravel road just pass the Swim and Fitness center, turn right to access an area to unload. Once unloaded, all vendors can park their cars & trailers at the Inn at Suncadia. To reach the Inn at Suncadia parking please go back to the Big Hill Drive and turn right the Inn will be on your left. Please do not leave your car in the parking lot by the event area.
