SUNCADIA RESORT OPENS WINTERFEST LEGACY LANE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CLE ELUM, Wash. (Nov. 2, 2025) — Suncadia Resort has opened Winterfest Legacy Lane, a new holiday feature celebrating the resort’s 25th anniversary, its builder community, and a shared commitment to giving back through a partnership with Kittitas County Habitat for Humanity. Open throughout Winterfest 2025, Legacy Lane transforms The Inn at Suncadia into a seasonal display of gingerbread architecture created by seven custom homebuilders: Merle Inc., Eide Homes, NW Roots Construction, Hansel MH, Landed Gentry, A+R Homes and Fresh Start Homes. Each display represents the craftsmanship that defines Suncadia and is “addressed” at 25 Legacy Lane in honor of the resort’s milestone year. Guests can stroll through Legacy Lane from Thanksgiving through Jan. 2, vote for their favorite gingerbread home, and contribute to Kittitas County Habitat for Humanity on-site or via QR code. All donations will benefit local housing initiatives supporting families in need of affordable housing. Winterfest 2025 runs from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day and features seasonal activities, holiday dining, outdoor recreation and community events across the resort.
