Our Services and Partnership

What You Can Expect Common Deadline Questions

When you partner with our marketing team, we act as your liaison with publications, handling all communications to get answers to any questions and secure ad placements. We collaborate closely with you to create a compelling ad design that aligns with your vision and goals. Once you approve the final design, we take care of submitting the press-ready ad by the deadline, ensuring it meets all technical requirements for a seamless process. Our expertise streamlines the experience, allowing you to focus on your business while we manage the details.

Q When should I submit my request for an ad?

A We ask that you put in ad requests at least five business days before your ad is due.

Q If I make a reservation myself, what info do I need to provide to the marketing team?

A In a new advertising request form, please provide us with the submission deadline, publish date and your point of contact.

Q When is the latest I can submit my final edits on the design?

A Please provide your final edits no later than the morning of the submission deadline. If we receive final edits after 1 PM, we cannot guarantee we will have time to execute those changes and may submit the ad as-is.

Q Can I add a listing that I just acquired to an ad?

A Yes, as long as the listing is live by the publish date.
