 Capital Owner Assistance provides Members the option to rent out up to 50% of their Club Points allotment from their current use year - and use the cash for anhthing they’d like, including Club Maintenance Fees.

This sample Available Points chart shows how many Available Points you will need to reserve a 1-bedroom suite at Grand Crowne Resort at different times. Each day has a Capital Point value, with Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays requiring fewer Available Points than other days. Weekends and holiday weeks are the most valuable, requiring more Available Points to stay on Friday or Saturday nights.
