Holiday Guide

Each page of this booklet features a different Sulgrave Club holiday event and includes instructions on how and when to reserve, as well as important reminders pertaining to dress code, cancellation cut-off dates, and seating style for the corresponding event. The holidays are the Club's most festive time of the year and we are delighted that you choose to celebrate with us at these annual events. As with all Clubhosted events, reservations are taken in the order in which they were received and waiting lists are available for all fully subscribed events. Reserving at the first available opportunity is encouraged. Please do put your name on the waiting list for any event you wish to attend. While space is not guaranteed to become available, the Club is diligent about contacting those on the waiting list when cancellations occur. As the holidays are particularly popular, please remember your fellow member and let the Club know promptly if your plans change and you can no longer use your reservations. We look forward to sharing another year of traditions with you and yours.
