CASE STUDY FIVE
Micro Bubble Coolant Cleaning and Purification Unit | JCC-HM Reducing False Defect Detection by 83% to Minimize Production Interruptions DETAILS
CUSTOMER OVERVIEW A customer used an automated vision inspection system to detect casting defects, following the final cleaning of aluminum die-cast (ADC) components. However, residual fine chips occasionally remained on the machined surfaces after cleaning. These chips were sometimes misidentified as casting defects, triggering unnecessary production interruptions and requiring manual verification. To reduce false detections and improve inspection reliability, the customer installed JCC-HM on the clean tank of the cleaning system.
