CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Misamis Oriental 2nd District Rep. Yevgeny Vincente Emano has urged officials of the Small Business Corporation (SBCorp) to create measures that would easily release loans to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners.
