THE military’s Western Mindanao Command is still determining whether the foreign woman found dead in a light-blue yacht floating off Pangutaran Island in Sulu province was the companion of a German allegedly abducted by Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) bandits.

Government security troops on Saturday arrested a lady barangay (village) chair in Indanan, Sulu for allegedly coddling and protecting members of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) terrorists, especially the ones involved in the Samal Island raid in September last year.
