CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The mastermind in the alleged killing of the top hospital exe cutive on December 2, 2021 here was collared Sunday in a Catholic monastery here. The suspect identified as Richard Gepte, 51, the vice mayoralty candidate of the municipal town of Balingoan, Misamis Oriental, Cagayan de Oro Police Chief Aaron Mandea said Monday. Mandea said that Gepte was served the warrant of arrest issued by the regional trial court at the Carmelite Monastery in Camaman-an, Cagayan de Oro City past noon Sunday.
