The Suburban Club is defined by the culture, quality and integrity of our extraordinary membership base. And new member acquisition will always be the formula for our continued success as a private club.
The club leadership is devoted to a visionary short and long-term strategic plan. A strong and vibrant membership will contribute greatly to the success of our short and long-term financial performance and capital improvement goals
Our “Discover The Suburban Club” marketing initiative depends upon the core tenet of “membership by invitation only” which forms the foundation of what makes The Suburban Club so special.
Like our previous marketing initiatives, we are requesting your assistance in introducing the lifestyle experience that defines The Suburban Club to your friends and associates. We ask each of our members to identify individuals they feel will properly embrace the culture of the Club and personally extend an invitation to them to join The Suburban Club.
Thank You Rewards
Each referring Member will have the opportunity to enjoy monthly credits to their Club account, for up to 24 months, equal to the applicable credit for each new Member they have referred into membership. The credit shall commence following payment of the initiation fee within 60 days of application by the new Member. The monthly credit may be utilized throughout the Club for all amenities and services, including reducing your monthly dues obligation.

Preview The Suburban Club & Initiation Fees Are Heating Up!
Prospective new Members will have the privilege of “Previewing” the Club for 12 consecutive months, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During their Preview Relationship Term the only responsibility they have will be the dues, fees and charges applicable to the category of membership in which they are approved. If they decide to purchase their membership, within 60 days of application, they will enjoy the Preferred Initiation Fee listed below.
While they are enjoying the Club, during their Preview Relationship Term, we want to give them the opportunity to enjoy the lowest possible Preferred Initiation Fee. If they decide to purchase their membership, at the conclusion of the 60-day Preview Relationship Term, they will enjoy the Preferred Initiation Fees at that time.
Please note that due to capital investments with our current strategic plan, there are scheduled increases to the initiation fee for each category of membership. As a point of clarification, the initiation fees that are in place, when a new member begins their Preview Term, will be honored by the Club if purchased within the first 60 days of the Preview Term.
Legacy Program
Children and grandchildren of The Suburban Club members shall enjoy an additional 50% reduction off their Preferred Initiation Fee, if purchased in the first 60 days of application.

Staged Payments
New Members, purchasing their membership within 60 days of application, may pay their initiation fee with the following staged payment schedule:
50% due with application and 50% due on 1st anniversary of joining
Potential Elimination Of A Portion Of Final Initiation Fee Installment Payment:
Prospective members that purchase their membership, within the first 60 days of their Preview Term, will enjoy an additional financial opportunity, should they decide to participate.
By purchasing their membership, before the end of their 60 day Preview Term, they will have the ability to eliminate 50% of their final installment payment by successfully sponsoring a new member into the Club before the final installment payment is due and payable.

As a way to welcome your friends into the Club, all new Members will have the opportunity to enjoy monthly credits to their Club account for 24 months The monthly credits may be utilized throughout the Club for all amenities and services, including reducing their monthly dues obligation!

Additional Information
#1. A potential new Member receiving this exclusive invitation from a referring Member must follow the normal procedures of joining The Suburban Club; i.e., submitting all required admission documents and approval by the Club
#2. Upon payment of the applicable Preferred Initiation Fee, within 60 days of application by the new Member, both the sponsoring Member and new Member will begin to enjoy applicable monthly credits, subject to the category of membership in which the new Member is approved.
#3. Members who refer a new member into the Club will enjoy monthly credits to their account, conditionally, for up to 24 months only if the sponsored member also remains at the Club. If for any reason the sponsored member leaves The Suburban Club before the 24-month period concludes, the sponsoring member’s credits will be discontinued.
#4 Current Tennis/Clubhouse Members are encouraged to consider converting their membership to a Golf membership during our “Discover The Suburban Club” Membership initiative. By converting membership, on or before September 30, 2026, they shall enjoy all of the financial elements of the marketing initiative (reduced initiation fee, staged payments & monthly credits for 24 months). The “Preview” element is not available to current members.
All Good Things Must Come To An End
On September 30, 2026, the “Discover The Suburban Club” Preview Membership Initiative and all associated benefits and opportunities will conclude.
