Onboarding Guidance
Landlord vs Tenant Responsibilities
A clear breakdown as to the health and safety responsibilities by both parties. This allows you to ensure all areas have been covered
Equipment List
A detailed list of health and safety equipment needs and expiry dates (ensuring you are compliant). A list of responsible staff members will also be provided.
Inspections and Testing
A schedule of necessary inspections and testing visits will be provided by the sub800 team, ensuring you are aware of scheduled visits.
Evacuation Routes
An evacuation route will be provided. Your workspace will be supplied with the documentation of the evacuation route, meeting point and important contact information.
Visual Safety Checks
During onboarding, your Dedicated Account Manager will conduct a visual inspection This ensures your workspace set up is compliant and safe for your team
General Services
Extinguisher and Smoke Alarms Recommendations
Provision of recommendations regarding your current fire extinguishers and smoke alarms If no longer suitable we offer suppliers with preferred rates.
First Aid Kit Recommendations
Review of first aid kits and signage A summary will be provided if necessary equipment is needed or missing. Necessary equipment can be provided.
& First Aiders Training Arrangement
We help you to organise fire marshal and first aid training to ensure your team have the option to upskill and help keep your workspace safe Fire Marshal

Accredited Providers
We work with a number of accredited providers for workspace health and safety. Allow sub800 to provide you with needed contacts
Site Access & Appointment Scheduling
