SENSORY SANTA
Sensory Santa was created for families with special needs children who couldn’t have a photo taken with Santa due to sensory barriers. We will have an experienced Santa and photographer who will offer individual bookings for photos taken in an appropriate setting with no background music, spotlights, queues and a chair next to Santa. He will be in-centre Sunday, 29 November and Sunday, 6 December. Call Customer Care on (07) 4054 3066 to book a place.

If serving Australia’s Best Christmas ham alone is not enough to knock your socks off this Christmas, try adding your own personal touch by glazing your ham instead.
How to glaze your Christmas ham
Remove the rind and use a sharp knife to score the ham in a diamond pattern.
Place the ham, scored side up, in a large baking pan and brush over glaze.
Place into a pre-heated oven or hooded BBQ at 180°C for 20 minutes per kg, basting occasionally until the ham is brown and warmed through.
Salted Caramel Glaze
350ml jar salted caramel sauce, warmed
Bake ham with 4 x 300ml bottles of apple or pear cider and 2 cracked cinnamon sticks in the base of the pan. Serve with roasted hazelnuts sprinkled over the ham.
Traditional Christmas Glaze
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp seeded mustard
