The Paniau Community Association has been established to own and maintain the common areas of the property, and to protect, preserve and control development on the property for the benefit of all Paniau residents. Paniau is not subject to any other master association’s fees, dues, memberships or restrictions that are in place in many other waterfront communities on the Kohala Coast.
Connected to history, Paniau is home to several unique archaeological sites of cultural and historical significance.
