As a future Interior Architect, my passion lies in continuous learning, driven by motivation and a goal-driven mindset. I possess a profound interest in design and unraveling the complexities of how objects and individuals function. Upon completing the second year of the program, I have learned the delicate connection between design and construction, embarking on a journey to master the balance of both.
Apart from my academic pursuits in design, I immerse myself in the realms of literature, photography, and most recently, 3D-printing. Surrounded by books since childhood, literature has been a guiding light in my journey. Photography offers me a fresh lens through which to view the world. Lastly, 3D-printing transforms design concepts into tangible creations.

ODYSSEY: A JOURNEY THROUGH THE HISTORY OF INTERIOR DESIGN
This project features the History of Interior Design, examining its profound effects on the social, political, economical, and the environmental. I navigated through the principles of spatial composition and interior decoration across the different design styles. Furthermore, I critically analyzed and scrutinized various design and art movements. The exploration extended to the realm of materials, trends, and design approaches for upcoming and future projects. The following pages showcase mood boards accompanied with realistic 3D renders.

PUERTO BANUS, MARBELLA, SPAIN
A LUXURY RETAIL PROJECT
The project brief entailed the selection of a luxury brand for indepth analysis of its design, ethos, and DNA, followed by the creation of a retail store situated along Puerto Banus, Marbella, known as the luxury capital of Costa del Sol, Spain. This region basks in the glow of sunshine for about 325 days each year, which inspired my choice to center this project on a luxury eye-wear label, drawing from the impact of the warm climate in this vicinity.
I introduced the innovative concept of “Ocular Interlacing”. Upon scrutinizing an iris, one can notice the intertwining of fibers that intricately weave together, regulating the dilation or contraction of the pupil (reminiscent of how a camera’s aperture operates).
Motivated by this, I decided to infuse this concept into my creations. The configuration of the eyes profoundly influenced my preference for working with rounded forms and elegant arches.

NORTHERN ONTARIO, CANADA A TINY HOUSE PROJECT
Home to approximately 2,000 people, this isolated First Nation is surrounded by wilderness and waterways teeming with wild plants, food, and natural resources, the “People of the Parting Rocks” highly value their connection to their land, its rich language and raw natural beauty. Inspired by the cultural significance of their traditional and ceremonial structures such as the “wigwam” (cone or dome shape shelters made out of wood and animal skin during the precolonial era), I was also motivated to adopt the concept of fractal geometry. It is a study of mathematical shapes that shows a progression of never-ending, self-similar detail, from large to small scales.

BIOPHILIC DESIGN & ADAPTIVE
REUSE PROJECT
In response to the brief, to recreate the interior of the former Arab Bank in Marbella, my wellness centre focuses on the topic of Contrast Therapy to improve health & other aspects of human physiology. I was inspired by a podcast by Dr. Andrew Huberman and Dr. Susanna Soberg on deliberate cold and heat exposure. It is a recovery strategy with the use of different temperatures which increases energy levels and focus.
I want to craft an atmosphere where the users will experience invigorating and refreshing spaces, fostering maximum rehabilitation, recovery, and relaxation. To achieve this, I used the Biophilic principle of Awe and Thermal and Airflow Variability, incorporated elements that encourage active exploration through the space fully engaged and creating wonder.
