Join us on the 10th, 11th and 12th June for this term’s family friendly summer production of ‘Treasure Island’ by Mary Zimmerman from the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson. Adventure beckons when a mysterious blind man delivers a dreaded Black Spot to an aging sea captain, plunging an innkeeper’s son into a desperate race for buried Treasure. Armed with only his wits against a dastardly crew of cutthroat pirates, young Jim Hawkins sets sail with the largerthan-life Long John Silver and a crew of swashbuckling rouges and loyal sailors. This version of the classic pirate tale will be both epic and intimate, hilarious and harrowing.
Sunday 7th June, 12.30 - 4.30pm
This year marks the first collaboration between our Prep and Senior Schools and the Bramston Foundation to deliver a summer fair for our community. The event will include a range of activities for all ages, including inflatables, a dog show, artisan stalls, food vendors and games.

We are delighted to welcome former pupil Anna Boden (Earlsdown 2013) back to St Swithun’s.
In 2022, due to a fluke navigational decision, Anna won the Gaucho Derby, a 550-mile, 10-day, self-sufficient horse race through Patagonia. In August of 2025, Anna then decided to take on the world’s longest and toughest horse race, the Mongol Derby.
Anna will speak about her adventure in Mongolia and the lessons she has learned from both races when she comes to St Swithun’s in June.
Refreshments will be served from 6.30pm. Please email lectures@stswithuns.com to reserve seating.
