Plaintiffs Aaron Herman and Leah Herman are citizens of Pennsylvania and reside
at 6609 Aylesboro Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. 1.2.
Defendant Amazon.com, Inc., is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of
business at 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, Washington 98109-5210. The office of their
