St Richard’s Hospice Gender Pay Gap Report 2025 Government regulations require employers with over 250 employees to analyse and report the pay gap between male and female staff. The government’s methodology required us to base our calculations on the last pay period in the tax year ending 5 April 2025. Key Findings St Richard’s Hospice had 231 relevant employees at the ‘snapshot’ date, 197 of whom were female and 34 male. We are confident that all employees carrying out similar work are paid equally and in accordance with our Pay and Reward Policy. Our mean gender pay gap is (8.02% ) Our median gender pay gap is (-10.46%)
