Chapter Eight of The Gastronomy Series welcomes Chef-Owner Aidan Low of Michelin One Star Akar, Kuala Lumpur, for an exclusive four-hands collaboration with Chef Marco Portal at Kayuputi. Rooted in a shared reverence for provenance and craftsmanship, the chefs present a seven-course menu that brings Kayuputi's signature Asian haute cuisine together with Akar's contemporary expression of Malaysian terroir. Paired with bespoke cocktails crafted using RAKSASA premium spirits, each course offers a thoughtful exploration of place, seasonality, and flavour.
