he team participated in the annual Australia Day aquathon and we have it covered first. This year Deanne, Greg, Hayley and Yenson took part in the swim and run component of the tournament. It was a hot morning on the track but the team did not disappoint giving it their all and most importantly, having fun.

aptured a moment where time stops, hearts race, palms sweat (on the future groom’s part) and pure love and emotion starts to take over. Four words "Will you marry me?" and the answer "YES" seals a lifetime of forever. Meeting three years ago and now fast forward to a wonderful summer’s day at Bendooley Estate, Jacob proposed to Chloe. We are beyond happy for the two and can’t wait for the big day.

Jessica Boyde welcomed her first baby boy Mason Moore and Kylie Davis welcomed her second child, baby girl Adelyn Bird. Congratulations Jess and Kylie - we are excited for this wonderful new chapter in your lives!

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS. Good things. Babies and special birthdays, the PM team have had an eventful few months. Welcoming Charli Carriage to the team, she also celebrated a special birthday turning 18. Kaleah spent a few weeks in Japan over the Christmas and New Year break and we loved seeing her photos (see Kaleah photographed below in front of Disneyland). Both Chloe and Hannah became aunties to beautiful baby boys.
MARKET UPDATE. Hello 2024 and what a busy start in our leasing department it has been. Kicking of January with 32 properties listed and 28 leased an exceptional result by the team. The rental market is holding strong for the start of 2024 with properties being leased within the first week of hitting the market. This indicates a very positive outlook for the year ahead.
