THE DISTRICT AT MANHATTAN I have lived at the District going on three years now and can not recommend the complex enough! The office staff, management, and facilities teams are all incredibly friendly and very dependable. The apartments are very spacious with nice balconies/patios, and the complex has amazing amenities such as their study spaces, gym, pool, laundry facilities, and pool table. They also host regular events such as free food, giveaways, pool parties, cookouts, and much more for their residents. My personal favorite part about the District is that they are pet friendly and love your fur babies too, even having special events for pets! You clearly can not beat the District in terms of pricing and amenities, all while being pet friendly and within walking distance to the K-State campus!
