Our location creates a central hub for meetings and events with a variety of public transport links. Bus stops are located outside the building are a straight through route to Central Manchester. It's a 5 minute walk from Stockport Train station, and a 10 minute drive from Manchester Airport. Our onsite coffee shop is ran by a Stockport-based Social Enterprise and the same local enterprise provides the catering for our meetings and events. With locally sourced produce prepared by The Windmill and the volunteers, our food and refreshments mean that we
have low food-miles while ensuring the profits are regenerated back into the local community. Sustainability is at the core of our venue complete with all electric coming from 100% renewable energy, with new and efficient equipment, and solar panels installed on the roof. Our building is also the home to two beehives to help aid urban bee sustainability.
Our flexible space means we can cater for a wide variety of event types, from training sessions to hybrid meetings, recruitment fairs, celebrations and so much more. With a dedicated events team on hand to advise and support, we can work with you to create the ideal space for your meeting or event. Floor to ceiling windows mean natural lighting floods the climate controlled rooms. With Wi-Fi, projectors and screens as standard, and hybrid meeting facilities and flipcharts available upon request, we can work with you to provide the perfect space to inspire creativity.
