Church Family News 1.
Fire Drill: Immediately after worship this morning a fire drill will be performed. This is a mandatory requirement and will be repeated on an annual basis. The drill involves the congregation evacuating the building in an orderly manner to the arranged muster points. Instructions on this procedure will be given prior to the fire drill.
2.
Kirk Session. There will be a Session Meeting following worship next Sunday (14 July) to formally approve our revised Parish Profile.

Gardener required. Is there a keen gardener out there who could take over the job of tending to the planters and their plants in the passageway opposite the hall door? If you are interested, please contact Alex McConochie in the first instance.

The Indoor Garden Party is on Sunday 14 July from 14.00-16.00 in the Hall. Tickets (£5) are available after the service this morning.
5.
Boy’s Brigade. A letter has been received from the sole remaining Officer of the 30 Boy’s Brigade advising that, following the retirement of the former BB Captain she no longer feels able to continue. The Aberdeen Battalion Executive Committee has been advised and this resignation accepted. The boys who are currently members of the 30th will be contacted over the summer and advised of their nearest alternative BB Company.

The Messenger. We are looking to set up a team for the collation of the quarterly magazine in time for the next issue, due in September. If you would be available to help one morning 4 times a year, please speak to our Session Clerk(s) Dianne Morrison or Helen Burr.
7.
Somebody Cares. If you are able, could you please bring along one item of non-perishable (canned/packet) food each week to place in the food collections. There are two bins, one in the Vestibule and one in the Hall.
8.
Intimations. Please ensure that all intimations are passed to the Church Office by 12.00 on Wednesday each week for inclusion on the sheet.
9.
Please let us know of:a) Any member of the Church or a member of their family being in hospital; or b) Any member of the Church who is unable to come to Church on a Sunday and who would appreciate Home Holy Communion.
