Church Family News 1.
Church Heating. The church heating will be switched off from 1 June until 31 August. This will be reviewed if there is a cold snap but hopefully, we’ll have another lovely summer.

Retiral Collection. There will be a retiral collection in aid of Sri Lanka on Sunday 9 June. Alternatively, you may wish to donate via a JustGiving page which has been set up by Rv. Dr. Liam Fraser, Campus Minister at Edinburgh University. The Ramblers will be taking a walk around Hazlehead Park on Thursday 6 June. Meet at the old wooden bus shelter at 19.00. For further information please speak to Ian Lord.

Choral Group. The choral group are asked to meet in the Hall at 10.15 on Sunday 9 June, to rehearse the anthem to be sung at Communion. All welcome.

Bible Study. Our Bible Studies continue on Thursday 6 June at 19.30 in the Session Room. Questions for the session are available from Carole in the office and downloadable on our website. The series will run until Thursday 20th June. Everyone is most welcome to come long and join in the discussion over a cuppa and fine piece!

Coffee Mornings. The Summer Coffee Shops have begun and will continue until Saturday 14 September. Please come along and support these fundraising events. Donations of home bakes and raffles will be most welcome.

Drivers - Circle of Care Communion. If you are able to assist in bringing members to and from the Circle of Care Communion next Sunday, please add your name to the list in the Vestibule.

Praise Gathering 2019 takes place in the Perth Concert Hall on Saturday 15 June, and the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Saturday and Sunday22 & 23 June. There are now over 400 singers in the choir from over 150 Scottish churches and they will be joined by a live band and the PG Youth Choir. Special guests are Graham Kendrick (Perth) and Paul Baloche (Glasgow). Come and Sing: Mozart’s Requiem directed by internationally acclaimed and royal wedding composer, Paul Mealor at St. Andrews’ Cathedral, King Street on Saturday 15 June. 10. Somebody Cares. If you are able, could you please bring along one item of non-perishable (canned/packet) food each week to place in the food collections. There are two bins, one in the Vestibule and one in the Hall. 11. Intimations. Please ensure that all intimations are passed to the Church Office by 12.00 on Wednesday each week for inclusion on the sheet. 12. Please let us know of:a) Any member of the Church or a member of their family being in hospital; or b) Any member of the Church who is unable to come to Church on a Sunday and who would appreciate Home Holy Communion.
