Why the Auction Matters
The St. Louise School Auction is our largest annual fundraiser. Funds raised help provide classroom resources, technology, enrichment opportunities, tuition assistance, and campus improvements that benefit every student.
As we celebrate 65 years of faith, learning, and community, this special event is also a meaningful way for our school community to connect in support of the mission and future of St. Louise Parish School.
Each family ’ s participation whether through attending, volunteering, donating, or helping behind the scenes helps make this event possible and strengthens the vibrant community that makes St. Louise so special.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear? Cocktail or festive attire is typical, and many guests enjoy incorporating the evening’ s theme.
Can we sit with friends from school? Yes! Many parents reserve a table or attend with friends. We also do our best to seat parents alongside others with children in the same grade. Be sure to add your seating request in the notes when you buy your tickets!
Do I have to bid on auction items? Bidding is optional, but encouraged! With a wide range of items and experiences available, there are fun ways for everyone to participate at every budget.
Is the auction only for adults? Yes, the auction is designed as an adult evening and a fun night out for parents and friends of the school.
Procurement & Donation Information
The success of our auction truly Comes Together through the generosity and creativity of our school community and every family plays a part! One of the most meaningful ways families contribute is through procurement, helping us build the
unique and exciting packages that make our auction such a special and memorable event each year.
For the 2026-27 school year, each St. Louise family is required to contribute a minimum donation of $250 to support the auction. Donations may include items, experiences, or gift cards, and suggested ideas are listed below to help get you started.
Donations received by June 5 qualify for the $250 minimum. After June 5, the minimum donation increases to $300. We kindly ask that all donations be completed by September 30. If a donation has not been received by that time, the $300
minimum will be charged to your Finalsite account.
Groovy Donation Ideas
Vacation Home Getaways – A weekend or week-long stay at a beach house, mountain cabin, or family vacation spot.
Host a Dinner Party – Prepare or sponsor a gourmet dinner, themed meal, or backyard BBQ hosted by you or a chef!
Game Day Tickets – Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken, or Huskies we ’re looking for premium tickets to top sporting events.
Themed Experiences – Think outside the box murder mystery night, backyard movie party, wine & paint night, or a game night extravaganza!
Wine Tasting Adventures – Private tastings at local wineries, in-home wine and cheese pairings, or hosted vineyard experiences make unforgettable auction items!

Donate a Live Auction Experience
Help us create some out of sight moments with one-of-a-kind experiences for our live auction. We’re looking for:
Vacation Homes – weekend getaways, cabins, or timeshares
Tickets – concerts, sporting events, theater performances

Group Parties – hosted dinners, wine tastings, game nights, or themed events for adults.

We’ ve curated a list of FAB items for our auction and raffle packages each selected to help create exciting packages that generate strong bids. You can sign up to donate one of these items or contribute a gift card so we can purchase them on your behalf.

We’re so grateful for your support and generosity, so to create high-value packages that shine on auction night, we are accepting only specific items known to drive strong bids. Therefore, we cannot accept discounts, coupons, services, consultations, or any donation that requires the school to make a purchase or cover additional costs. Organize and stage silent auction items and raffle packages. Ensure signage is clear and accurate so all items get sold for top dollar!
Set-Up or Clean-Up
Lend a hand the day of the auction to set the stage and/or help tidy up after the event.

Assist with check-in, registration, guest support, raffles, or bid spotting during the event.

Coordinate ticket sales and help organize student raffle prizes in the week leading up to the auction.
