Investing in Our Future
Through thoughtful planning, St. Laurence envisions a future where student enrollment reaches capacity; students have access to skilled and thoughtful advisors to help them navigate high school and beyond; and facilities upgrades allow for inclusive learning opportunities where students grow in mind, body, and spirit. This includes:
Supporting enrollment growth and mission commitment through tuition assistance and endowment funding.
Delivering best-in-class curriculum through recruiting and retaining top-tier faculty and staff.
Investing in student success through enhanced services and resources.
Enhancing and improving the original campus to match our visionary educational model.
Achieving this future calls for bold, visionary philanthropy.

TRUE VIKINGS pave the way for the next generation, investing in financial aid that increases access.

Increasing Access and Expanding Enrollment: $2.5 Million

St. Laurence continues to honor the legacy of providing access for hardworking students and families, with tuition 20% lower than many peer institutions. Investing $2.5M for financial assistance will support continued growth of the student body to 1,200 students without impacting operational costs. While a vast majority of the funds raised will be dedicated to improving and expanding opportunities for St. Laurence’s current student body, we recognize the ongoing challenge of maintaining access while increasing excellence over time. Further funding the school’s endowment is an investment in St. Laurence’s bright future.

$2.5 million dedicated to financial aid and increasing the endowment will generate the resources needed to fund tuition support for St. Laurence to recruit more students and continue providing the best value in Catholic education.

Supporting Faculty Excellence: $1.5 Million
For more than sixty years, St. Laurence has boasted a legacy of top-tier teachers and coaches. Our growing program is only as strong as the educators who deliver it. We remain committed to hiring and retaining a top-tier faculty and staff to teach, mentor, and enrich the lives of our young men and women. Devoting $1.5 million to faculty and staff salaries and retention incentives enhances not only the feeling of community, but also our students’ education.

A $1.5 million investment— dedicated to promoting excellence across the faculty—will create opportunities for growth and development, continuing our Gold Standard reputation.

VIKINGS celebrate educators, funding recruitment and retainment initiatives that promote faculty excellence.

TRUE VIKINGS prepare students for life beyond St. Laurence, adding value through Student Services and College Readiness.

Ensuring Student Success: $1.5 Million

St. Laurence established an Office of Student Services ten years ago to offer holistic and significant support to our young men and women, and help them chart a path through high school and into college or career options. A $1.5M investment in College and Career Readiness will allow for continued focus on college persistence through additional top-tier personnel and resources as the student body grows.

A $1.5 million investment will make possible the expansion of Student Services, growing with the student body to enhance their experience at St. Laurence and beyond.
Campus Enhancement: $7 Million
We are proud to still call our original campus at 77th and Central home to the Vikings. With growth plans up to 1,200 students and the co-educational transition, our campus is in need of renovation and enhancement to continue serving the community at the Gold Standard. A number of projects throughout the school have been identified that align with the school’s strategic plan and that will enhance the student experience. St. Laurence is committed to pursuing creative options to optimize space for current and future Vikings, including lab and classroom improvements, creating large, flexible spaces for gathering, performing, or competing, and updating technology.

A $7 million investment will provide needed spaces that match the quality of a St. Laurence education. A variety of projects are being considered to expand and enhance the campus.

TRUE VIKINGS honor the St. Laurence tradition and expand our future possibility, reimagining and improving spaces for today’s learning needs.
