Cori Bush, D-Missouri, said it’s still sinking in that she belongs in the nation’s capital. “I’m just so excited and so honored and humbled to be here, everything so far has just been absolutely amazing,” she said Wednesday morning. “Even just being able to vote, to show up to vote and that I belong here. It is still sinking in that I get to walk down these hallways and no one stops me.”
