2025 ST JOSEPH’S NUDGEE COLLEGE GIVING REPORT
At St Joseph’s Nudgee College giving is at the heart of who we are. It is an expression of faith in action, an acknowledgment that we are called to support one another, to nurture potential, and to create opportunities for every student to flourish. Our community’s generosity, through the Foundation and countless other avenues, ensures that the values we hold dear such as service, compassion, and integrity, are lived out each day. When families, Old Boys, staff, and friends contribute their time, expertise, or resources, they are not simply providing financial support, they are investing in the formation of young men who will carry the Nudgee Spirit into the world. Every bursary, building project, or program made possible through giving is a tangible reflection of our shared faith and commitment to one another. Looking ahead to 2026, we are embarking on Phase One of an exciting development to enhance the Flats facility. This includes state-of-the-art change rooms, a first aid room, modern amenities, improved water accessibility, and into the near future, a versatile space for meetings, food service, and community connection.
This project will transform the way our students live, learn, and gather, and it relies on the generosity and vision of our Nudgee College community. By coming together, we can ensure this facility reflects the excellence and care that defines our College and provides a lasting legacy for generations to come. We sincerely thank every member of our community whether you have contributed financially, shared your expertise, or given your time through the many channels of giving at Nudgee College in 2025. I still have those moments, usually around 6.15am as I drive through the gates, where I look around and think, “How lucky are we?” The school waking up for the day always feels like a little snapshot of everything Nudgee offers. Knowing my son gets to learn and grow here, and that I get to cheer him on along the way, is something I’m endlessly grateful for. My goal has never been to raise a perfect human, but rather a well-adjusted, empathetic boy, eventually a man, who embraces every opportunity and always gives his best.
