I invite you to be part of something exceptional. ‘ At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: when young people are supported, challenged and inspired, there is no limit to what they can achieve. That’s why I’m proud of our performance programme. It’s not just about winning; it’s about creating a high-performance environment in which every child, no matter their starting point, feels empowered to enjoy sport, grow in confidence and reach their personal best. I want every student to know that sport is for them. Whether they dream of becoming a professional athlete or just want to try something new, we’re here to support their journey. Through sport, they’ll discover more than physical strength; they’ll build character, resilience, leadership and a sense of belonging that lasts a lifetime.’ Mr Fred Wenham, Director of Sport
