What amenitites are offered at the Club? Camp Creek® Golf Course, an 18-hole course designed by Tom Fazio, includes a practice range, putting green, and Pro Shop featuring on-site professional instruction. Shark’s Tooth Golf Course, an 18-hole course designed by Greg Norman, includes a practice range, putting green, snack station located on the range, and a Pro Shop featuring on-site professional instruction. The Third Golf Course, an 18-hole course designed by Davis Love III. It shares a practice range and putting green with Shark’s Tooth Golf Course. Origins Golf Course, a 10-hole, par 3 golf course designed by Davis Love III. Cart fees apply.

Who operates the Club? The Club Owner is the St. Joe® Company. Club Management is provided by Watersound Club employees.
What Membership levels are currently offered? The Club is currently offering one Membership level, the Lifestyle Membership.
Who is included under the Membership? Membership benefits are extended to the Member, Spouse or Domestic Partner, and Dependents under the age of 24.
What additional privileges are available to Lifestyle Members? Currently, Lifestyle Members, along with WaterColor Inn guests, have access to Gather Kitchen + Bar and the Gather pool at WaterColor Inn. Lifestyle Members receive preferred Member pricing at Fish Out of Water at WaterColor Inn and Havana Beach Bar & Grill and Spa Pearl at The Pearl Hotel. Currently, Lifestyle Members enjoy membership privileges at The Powder Room Shooting Range and Training Center, including complimentary range time. Exclusive Member rates at Camp Creek Inn are offered throughout the year.
May I bring guests to the Club? Members may bring up to six (6) Guests per Membership, per day, to the Beach Club and Camp Creek amenities. The guest allowance applies to the Membership as a whole and is not allocated on a per-individual Member basis. The Club reserves the right to designate certain days, including holidays, when guest access may be limited or unavailable. Currently, during designated holiday periods, a Membership may bring no more than four (4) Guests per Membership, per day, to the Beach Club and Camp Creek amenities. The holiday schedule is published in the Club's weekly e-newsletter and is subject to change. Any individual may visit the Club as a guest no more than six (6) times per calendar year, regardless of which Member sponsors the visit. If I own property with someone else, can we join the Membership together? If both owners of a property desire to have Membership privileges, both owners would need to apply for Membership. Memberships may not be shared in any way.
Does the Club offer a non-resident Membership? Membership is not classified based on permanent residence. Membership initiation fees and dues are the same for all Members, regardless of permanent residence address.
Does the Club offer Corporate Membership? Currently, the Club does not offer Corporate Memberships.
Does the Club offer Junior Memberships? Currently, the Club does not offer Junior Memberships.
I rent my property. Do my rental guests have access to the Club? Rental guests of Members may not have access to the Club.
Is the Club limiting the number of Memberships offered? Currently the Club has not established a limit on the total number of Memberships.
Who establishes the initiation fees, monthly dues, and other fees? The Club will determine the amount of initiation fees, dues and other Club charges and may vary from time to time.
Is there a food & beverage minimum? Food and beverage minimums are not applied to Member accounts.
Are Members assessed for capital improvements? Assessments are not applied to Member accounts.
Will my monthly dues rate change? The Club collects dues on a monthly basis. The Club Operator maintains the ability to adjust the monthly dues rate based on the Club’s operating annual budget.
How do I become a Member of the Club? An application for Membership may be completed and submitted to the Membership Office and is subject to approval. A full criminal and financial background check is required. Payment of the initiation fee is due with the membership application.
Are tours of the Club amenities available? Our Membership team would be delighted to coordinate a personalized tour of the Club's amenities. To experience all three Club locations, prospective Members should plan for approximately two hours, including travel time between properties. As much of the tour is conducted on foot and outdoors, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and sunscreen. To ensure we provide the best possible experience, we kindly request that at least 48 hours' advance notice is provided when scheduling a tour.
May I play the courses prior to joining the Club? The best way to experience the Club's amenities and golf courses prior to joining is through our “Member for a Stay” program at Camp Creek Inn or Watersound® Inn. This experience allows prospective Members to enjoy the Club's amenities at their own pace while experiencing the lifestyle and service that define Watersound Club membership. To ensure exceptional access for our Members and Member for a Stay guests, tee times are carefully managed. As such, prospective golf rounds are not offered outside of the Member for a Stay program.

How do I contact the Membership Office? The Membership Office is located on East County Highway 30A in the gatehouse of Watersound Beach community. The office is beside the Watersound Beach Fitness Center on the opposite side of the parking lot from Bruno’s Pizza.
