• A ceremony rehearsal for weddings of 50 or more guests to be held the day prior to the actual event date, so everyone involved is aware of their surroundings and the flow of the event. (30 minute time slot, Wedding Planner to direct)

• Site fees for ceremony & reception venues

• Complimentary indoor backup space for inclement weather, dependent on guest count

• Banquet chairs and white padded chairs for the ceremony

• Cocktail and bistro tables for the cocktail hour

• Tables at the dinner reception

• All china, silverware and glassware

• Four-hour bar serving spirits, beer, wine, sodas and bottled water

• Selection of hors d’oeuvres for the cocktail hour

• Choice of strolling or plated dinner

• Carving station with a chef

• Chilled bottle of sparkling wine at the cake table for the wedding couple

• Complimentary stay at The Pearl Hotel for the wedding couple on the evening of the wedding

Deposit and Payment Information

Deposits are based on the expected revenue determined by your Wedding Expert. In order to confirm the event date, the contract must be signed and returned with a deposit equal to 25% of the wedding’s estimated package cost. Additional deposits are due prior to the event in accordance with your contracted deposit schedule. All remaining charges including floral, heaters, fans, vendor meals, children’s meals and wedding enhancements’ will be charged to the credit card on file six business days prior to the event.

Food and Beverage Service Policy

The Pearl Hotel, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sales and service of all beverages and food products. This is in accordance with the Florida Alcoholic Beverage Commission and Florida State Health Regulations. Therefore, no food and/or beverage of any kind may be brought into, or removed from the function.

Additional Fees and Required Rentals

Additional items required for rental include floral arrangements, table and napkin linens, reception chairs, and any additional meals outside of the contracted package.

One bartender is provided for every 50 guests. If more bartenders are requested, there is a $100 fee for each bartender provided to serve your event. One uniformed Chef is provided for one carved entrée station during the wedding reception. Upon request, the fee for additional Chefs and stations is $150 plus tax per Chef.

Guarantees

We require that you provide a guarantee of the number of guests attending 14 business days prior to your event. If no guarantee is provided, the estimated attendance or the actual attendance, whichever is greater, will constitute your guarantee.

Wedding Planners

A professional wedding planner is REQUIRED. We require that you utilize one of our Preferred Wedding Planners from our lists to coordinate all details for your event. Full Wedding Planning is required, and documentation must be sent to the Pearl Event Manager within 30 days of the signed Letter of Agreement.

Wedding Vendor Day

Once your wedding is contracted with the St. Joe Company, we ask that you take advantage of our Vendor Day. Your Wedding Expert will set up appointments with the Executive Chef, Cake Designer and an Event & Floral Designer of your choice. We offer Vendor Days for weddings consisting of 50 or more people and request that Vendor Days be scheduled Monday through Thursday. Please schedule your Wedding Vendor Day four-to-seven months prior to your wedding.

Menu Tasting

A complimentary tasting for up to four guests is provided for weddings over 50 guests or more. A charge of $100 plus tax will be applied for each additional guest attending the tasting, and payment will be collected on the day of the tasting.

Children’s Meals

Children’s meals are charged as follows and pricing includes non-alcoholic beverages:

• Under 21 years of age dine from the Dinner Reception menu $215++ per person

• 10 years of age and under with a pre-selected children’s meal $30++ per person

• 2 years of age and under dine at no charge from the Dinner Reception menu

++24% service charge and 7% sales tax will be added to per person pricing.

Preferred Wedding Vendors

Floral, Décor and Lighting

We require that floral, décor, and lighting for your special day be provided by one of our Preferred Floral Vendors. An Event & Floral Designer will meet with you at the venue to ensure that your expectations are met.

Each of our vendors is recognized for creating customized arrangements to complement the unique style of your wedding event, as well as the color scheme. We welcome photographs or magazine articles that may depict your ideas, enabling designers to replicate a concept or tailor the decor to your specific requests. You can expect our skilled floral professionals to deliver the most distinctive and exquisite floral creations. Prices for floral services offered will vary depending on décor, the type of flowers chosen, the size of the arrangements and seasonal availability.

Entertainment

We require that a St. Joe Company Wedding Expert approve all entertainers before you enter into a contract. A copy of the entertainment’s contract, rider and proof of insurance must also be provided at least 60 days prior to your wedding. In accordance with county noise ordinances, all music must conclude no later than 10:00 p.m. indoors and 9:30 p.m. outdoors.

I cannot say enough about our experience with The Pearl. From beginning to end they made the process incredibly easy. We have come to Rosemary Beach for the past 10 years but have never visited The Pearl, but have always admired it. When planning our wedding we knew we wanted the Beach feel but with a modern twist that incorporated our style! When on our family vacation this past summer we set up a meeting to preview the space. We knew it was for us immediately and booked it before returning home. Unfortunately, we were unable to revisit The Pearl before our wedding ... I was a little hesitant not having a vendor day and picking, seeing, tasting and confirming BUT the more I talked to the Weddings Team the more I knew it would all be exactly as we wanted. They were constantly available to us and went above and beyond to ensure it was everything we imagined. We got married and had the reception on the rooftop. The backdrop and decor speaks for itself and is the reason we choose it. Every single person we came in contact with at The Pearl was amazing! The food for the reception was incredible and the experience as a whole was super easy and relaxed! I would put the process and experience up against any other venue across the country. For the price and what it includes we were blown away! So happy we choose this venue and thankful for the wonderful people we met in the process, each and every one made our day truly unforgettable.

When you choose The Pearl, their team provides the most blissful experience. From start to finish, the planning to the day after our wedding, we never had to worry which, made our engagement and wedding day that much more special! We essentially were able to plan ceremony, reception, catering, florals, cake and food in one meeting about six months out from the wedding. Exchanged a few emails until days before the wedding where we had our final wrap-up to polish off tiny details. The rehearsal was a breeze & they ensured that nothing went unnoticed and every detail was sheer perfection the day of our wedding. The Pearl has chosen a specific list of vendors and rightfully so. It makes narrowing down your florist, photographer and music choice much easier, and honestly, I don't think we could have made a wrong choice.
