A ceremony rehearsal for weddings of 50 or more guests to be held the day prior to the actual event date, so everyone involved is aware of their surroundings and the flow of the event, (30 minute time slot)

Four-hour bar serving spirits, beer, wine, sodas and bottled water
Selection of hors d’oeuvres for the cocktail hour
Choice of strolling or plated dinner
Chilled bottle of sparkling wine at the cake table for the wedding couple
Standard white china, silver flatware, and in-house glassware provided Complimentary stay at Camp Creek Inn for the wedding couple on the evening of the wedding




Deposits are based on the expected revenue determined by your Wedding Expert In order to confirm the event date, the contract must be signed and returned with a deposit equal to 25% of the wedding’s estimated package cost. Additional deposits are due prior to the event in accordance with your contracted deposit schedule All remaining charges including floral, heaters, fans, vendor meals, children’s meals and wedding enhancements’ will be charged to the credit card on file six business days prior to the event.
Watersound Club, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sales and service of all beverages and food products This is in accordance with the Florida Alcoholic Commission and Florida State Health Regulations. Therefore, no food and/or beverage of any kind may be brought into or removed from the function.
Additional Items required for rental include floral arrangements, table and napkin linens, reception chairs, and any additional meals outside of the contracted package One bartender is provided for every 50 guests. If more bartenders are requested, there is a $100 fee for each bartender provided to serve your event. One uniformed Chef is provided for one carved entree station during the wedding reception Upon request, the fee for additional Chefs and stations is $150 plus tax per Chef
We require that you provide a guarantee of the number of guests attending 14 business days prior to your event. If no guarantee is provided, the estimated attendance or the actual attendance, whichever is greater, will constitute your guarantee
A professional wedding planner is REQUIRED We require that you utilize one of our Preferred Wedding Planners from our lists to coordinate all details for your event. Full Wedding Planning is required, and documentation must be sent to your Camp Creek Wedding Director within 30 days of the signed Letter of Agreement
Once your wedding is contracted with the Watersound Club, we ask that you take advantage of our vendor day Your Wedding Expert will set up appointments with the Executive Chef, Cake Designer, and an Event & Floral Designer of your choice. We offer vendor days for weddings consisting of 50 or more people and request that vendor days be scheduled Monday through Thursday. Please schedule your wedding vendor day four-to-seven months prior to your wedding
A complimentary tasting for up to four guests is provided for weddings over 50 guests or more. A charge of $100 plus tax will be charged to the Master Account for all additional guests attending the tasting
Children’s meals are charged as follows and pricing includes non-alcoholic beverages:
Under 21 years of age dine from the Dinner Reception menu $200++ per person
10 years of age and under with a pre-selected children’s meal $30++ per person
2 years of age and under dine at no charge from the Dinner Reception Menu

We require that floral, decor, and lighting for your special day be provided by one of our Preferred Floral Vendors. An Event & Floral Designer will meet with you at the venue to ensure that your expectations are met.
Each of our vendors is recognized for creating customized arrangements to complement the unique style of your wedding event, as well as color scheme. We welcome photographs or magazine articles that may depict your ideas, enabling designers to replicate a concept or tailor the decor to your specific requests. You can expect our skilled floral professionals to deliver the most distinctive and exquisite floral creations. Prices for floral services offered will vary depending on decor, the type of flowers chosen, the size of the arrangements and seasonal availability

We require that a Watersound Club Wedding Manager approve all entertainers before you enter into a contract. A copy of the entertainment’s contact, rider, and proof of insurance must also be provided at least 60 days prior to your wedding In accordance with county noise ordinances, all music must conclude no later than 10:00 pm

A Member-sponsored guest is someone who has been referred by a current Member of Watersound Club. The sponsoring Member must be in good standing and is required to submit a sponsorship form confirming their support of the guest's use of the venue for their event
Watersound Club requires that both the ceremony and reception be held at the same venue if you are hosting your wedding with us. We are unable to accommodate split-location weddings. However, we are happy to host other wedding weekend events such as your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or farewell brunch at one of our other venues, subject to availability.
Yes, we are happy to place a soft hold on a date for a limited time while you finalize your decision If another couple inquires about the same date, you will then have 48 hours to make a decision before the date is released to the next party
In order for your wedding date to be held on a definite basis, we require a signed contract along with a 25% deposit based off of your total estimated cost
