Dallas Texas Businessman Steven Brewer is gearing up his company for the anticipated expansion of semiconductor manufacturing in his home state of Texas. “What an exciting opportunity for us to contribute to a worldwide chip shortage. Typically these types of opportunities can be found only overseas. We have recently signed a multimillion dollar deal with TSMC in Arizona for construction and workforce sourcing.
