The WoodlandCourtStudent Accommodation at the UniversityofBath (UK) is a student residence designed to accommodateapproximately 400 students, with ensuite rooms arranged in different living configurations.
Commissioned by HBGConstructionLtd, the project involved the supply of 356 MonolithicBathroomPods, developed in 7 differentlayouts to meet the various spatial requirements of the development.
The complexity of the supply required a high level of customisation, with pods designed to optimise available space and provide dedicated solutions also for accessibility requirements.
The prefabricated approach ensured production accuracy,quality control and consistent execution across a large-scale project.
