NEST is a new student housing development in Trento, designed to provide students with a modern, functional living environment focused on quality of living.
As part of the project, commissioned by ECO.DEMSrl and designed by ICIngegneri
Costruttori–Ing.IOB,Sterchele Group supplied 132lightweightprefabricated bathroompods, developed in 6different layouts to meet the various space planning requirements.
The use of prefabrication helped optimise the construction schedule while ensuring high quality standards and consistent execution throughout the project.
