THEPROJECT

The 53-storey residential tower designed by internationally renowned Make Architects, located a few minutes from Canary Wharf, promises to set new standards in London highrise living, offering apartments meeting Lifetime Homes' standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.

The slender shape of the glass tower will allow giving 70% of the site area back to the public, through large, lush biodiversity gardens and public spaces.

The surrounding area is also undergoing widespread transformation with the provision of new shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, helping to transform this area into one of London's most sought after residential districts.

• 16 models of bathroom pods with different finishing quality;

The Madison will provide 423 newhigh-level apartments, including 104 affordable homes; all residentsof thetowerwill enjoy a private club, a small cinema and a gym on the 16th floor.

All thesefirst-class facilities, known as “Highline Club”, overlookthreeoutdoorterraceswith 360degree views of Canary Wharf and theThames.

Therewill also be a five-star wellnesscenterwith a 12-meterpool, sauna and steam room.

The luxuriousinteriordesign at The Madison by Make Architectscan be found in all areas of thebuilding: from theimpressive double-heightentranceto thedetailing of the kitchensin the apartmentsthemselves.

The thoughtfullayout of each homemaximizes floor space to create generousand light-filled roomswith expansive views overLondon, with many apartmentsalso benefitingfrom balconies, wintergardens and externalterraces.Thesehighly efficient layouts, complemented by an outstandingspecification, will also support capital value growth for purchasers.
