Located in the heart of the Jesolo coastline, the JesoloLidoVillageResidence, designed by ArchitectRichardMeier and commissioned by HOBAG,is a prestigious residential development where contemporary architecture, light and formal rigour define the identity of the complex.
For this project, Sterchele Group supplied 90MonolithicBathroomPods, developed in 4differentlayouts to suit the various residential unit configurations.
The supply required a high level of customisation, with some pods featuring integratedwindows to meet the project's specific architectural requirements.
The prefabricated approachensured constructionprecision, controlled quality and production consistency, contributing to the high standards achieved throughout the development.

The technical design phase of these bathroom pods had to meet very stringent requirements:
• A full-height window, in front of the entry door
• Discontinuouswalls along the perimeter
• The window frame to cover the entire building interfloor, with –placed in work – mouldings
• A portion of the base under the shower tray, made in metal tubular structure; Absence of the ceiling (the shower area is characterized by the intrados of the floor ceiling, the rest of the bathroom is composed of a removable false ceiling for the fan-coil maintenance – fixed under the floor ceiling)
• Installation made in work by taxiing
In this case the structural modeling in 3D was crucial to test and measure all the critical situations.
