sire BUSINESS DONE RIGHT dam GORETSKA 6 (805 x MONOPOLY)
$12,500 A Sold by Metzger Livestock A $10,500 A
owned by. Phil Lautner raised by. Chuck & Riley Anderson sold by. Ross Anderson
Six Shooter is a powerhouse addition to the 2024 Lautner Farms lineup, quickly becoming one of the most talked-about club calf sires in the industry. This yellow-colored bull is a genetic standout, sired by Business Done Right (BDR) and out of the elite Goretska 6 Donor cow (a 505 x Monopoly cross).
Six Shooter is defined by a rugged, “boxy” build that meets the modern demand for stoutness and eye appeal. He is exceptionally bold through his muzzle and maintains that same boldness of cage and rib shape throughout his middle. Despite his massive muscle shape over his top and hip, he remains fluid on the move with flexible legs and a sound structure. His “double clean” status—testing TH Free and PHA Free—makes him a versatile option for breeders looking to add power without genetic defects, though he is a DS Carrier.
Six Shooter’s pedigree is backed by a proven track record of high-level success:
• Elite Siblings: Full brother to major champions, including the ‘23 Louisville Champion and the ‘24 Reserve Division 2 winner at Fort Worth.
• Proven Results: His maternal line (Goretska 6 Donor) is a prolific producer of winners, and repeat semen customers are already reporting high satisfaction with his first crops.
With a birth weight of approximately 65 lbs., he offers a reliable option for those seeking a “big look” in a manageable package.

Gingerbred is a standout with exceptional show ring presence. Born March 21, 2024, this sire is celebrated for his unique combination of power, look, and a pedigree that features some of the industry’s most influential genetics.
Gingerbred’s pedigree is designed for maximum impact in the show cattle industry:
Sire: Ginger, a sire known for producing high-quality, high-momentum calves.
Dam: An In God We Trust (IGWT) daughter, described as a “western bred, strong stout, big backed, fleshy cow”.
Genetic Status: He is a THC, PHAF, and DSF. This status makes him a versatile mating option injecting the explosive “hair and power” often associated with carrier genetics.
Proclaimed by many as one of the best bulls at Hawkeye Breeders Spring/Fall of 2025, now being collected at Nichols. Gingerbred exhibits a “ton of look” and powerful show ring presence.
Gingerbred is noted for his deep-bodied, “soggy” build and a “killer look” from the side, making him an ideal candidate for producing competitive show steers.
Gingerbred is positioned as a primary successor to limited Ginger semen, intended to “replace the limited Ginger semen” while benefiting from the added stoutness and fleshiness of his IGWT-bred dam. He is particularly recommended for breeders looking to add:
• Muscle and Shape: Extra dimension through the top and rear.
• Elite Hair Quality: A trait highly sought after in the “haired” show circuit.
• Soundness: Maintaining a long, loose-strided structure despite his massive bone work.
Shack Attack is a premier club calf sire that has rapidly ascended to elite status in the show cattle industry, solidified by siring record-breaking progeny like the 2025 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Reserve Grand Champion Steer, which sold for an unprecedented $690,000.
Pedigree and Genetics
Owned by Phil Lautner and raised by Wade Shackelford, Shack Attack features a high-impact pedigree designed for consistency and “killer” looks:
Shack Attack is frequently described as the longest-necked IGWT son ever, a trait that provides his calves with exceptional extension and a high-end “showring” look.
by. Phil Lautner raised by. Wade Shackelford sold by. Wade Shackelford
• Build: He possesses a bold center body, explosive hip, and a high degree of muscle shape, making him suitable for siring both “slick” and haired steers.
• Birth Weight: Recorded at 82 lbs., he offers a balance of power without excessive birth weight for his class.
• Consistency: Breeders highlight this specific mating for its reliability, with multiple full brothers also achieving success as high-selling, banner-winning steers.
Shack Attack’s influence reached a historic peak in 2025 when a Shack Attacksired Cross steer named “Mike,” exhibited by Jett Hale, became the highestselling livestock animal in Rodeo Houston history, fetching a $690,000 winning bid from the Champagne Cowgirls and Tutcher Family Foundation.

Dear Fellow Breeders,
At lautner farms, we know that the right sire doesn’t just improve a calf crop—it transforms an entire operation. However, we also recognize that the upfront cost of purchasing a high-caliber, highly-promoted bull, plus the year-round expense of maintaining him, can be a significant burden.
That is why we offer an elite Bull Lease Program designed to put the industry’s most sought-after genetics directly into your pastures. Whether you are looking for a powerhouse like Front & Center or a proven calving-ease sire, leasing from us offers several distinct advantages:
• Access to Premium Genetics: Gain the marketing power of “Lautner-sired” calves without the high cost purchase price. Our bulls are industry leaders with thousands of proven offspring, ensuring your calves command top dollar at sale time.
• Economic Efficiency: Avoid the “off-season” costs of feed, vet care, and labor. By leasing for a 60+-day window, you only pay for the bull when he is working for you.
• Operational Flexibility: Free up your facilities and forage by returning the bull to us after the breeding season. This allows you to focus your resources on your cow herd rather than managing a bull battery year-round.
Lease opportunities are available for Spring and Fall breeding seasons. Rates typically start at with elite sires or clones ranging upward based on demand.
Don’t settle for an “average” clean-up bull. Give your next calf crop the Lautner advantage.
