Owner Kristin Gallagher loves combining precious memories and memorabilia in an archivally-framed piece to create a family heirloom. When you stop in this Downtown shop, chances are you'll see framer Larry Woulfe working on a custom order. At SaltWorks, everything is done in house with preservation materials. Your artwork isn’t being sent off site, at risk of loss and damage. And since Larry does both the framing (which he's done since '85) and the design, he's able to customize each experience to give clients exactly what they want. Inside, there are loads of framing options, plus a selection of lovely, cool, and quirky home goods and need-a-gift-quick gifts. They have a gift for everyone, including candles, jewelry, wall hangings, shadow boxes, and unique art prints.
