Museum Audit o D Kay and M Mason have undertaken a full audit of the Museum Artefacts. Updated Memorandum of Understanding o An updated copy is available to Oes. Copies of Pugin drawings o Copies have been made and they will be displayed in due course. St Hughs Chapel Organ o We have a New Organ donated by The Sisters of Provenance Carry on St Edmund’s o Sent out to everyone via Toucan Tech – 71.9% of all recipients opened. Notice Boards o Awaiting update from C Upton Updated Database o Continually updating and looking for new ways to attract OEs to sign up to database. o Outreach to leavers on their last day of term – assembly with QR code, step by step process of how to sign up and talk to them about the recent events.

St Edmund’s Sunday back to nearest Sunday to 16th November and Mass back to Latin o Back to a more informal event. Hong Kong Trip o Reception drinks paid for Hong Kong trip o Turn out of around 45 – we did invite current parents and some agents as there were not many individuals on the database that we were allowed to contact permissions wise. London Bus o 54 of he 80 signed up attended o QR was available for those who hadn’t already signed up to the alumni network.
