increase, reaching $826/sf. In a more moderate shift, the Median Sales Price has risen by $4K from

last month, but when compared to 2023, represents a significant 37%

jump, at $1.3M. Despite these rising prices, buyers appear to be taking more time to make purchasing decisions. Days on Market has seen a 50% increase. This slower pace can also be attributed to the substantial rise in inventory, which has surged 76%, providing buyers with more options and reducing the urgency to make quick decisions.
