As we approach the end of 2024, we're seeing continued
stabilization in the market overall. Both price per sq ft and median sales price are
beginning to level off, though they remain 7% and 22% higher, respectively, than at this time last year. Over the past few months, we've observed a slight decrease
in these numbers, indicating a market balancing. The number of listings sold has remained consistent with last year, while total sales volume is up by 14%. Active
residential listings have increased by 76%, but we are still dealing with relatively low
inventory compared to last year, when inventory was critically low.
