sales price—$1.29M, with a 29% increase. Median days on the market have been sitting steady at 16 days,
up from 14 days last month, and double from this time last
year, giving buyers more time to make decisions. There were a total of
432 properties sold, reflecting a slight 2% decline; however, there are 109 pending listings, a 98% increase since 2023. Sales volume reached $712M, increasing 15% and active listings stand at
247, reflecting a significant 70% increase from this time last year.
