Our market is showing a mix

of strong growth in price metrics, more inventory & longer time on market. Price per SF and

median sales price continue rising, highlighting a robust market despite a slight decline in listings sold. This could be attributed to a significant increase in

median days on market , up 175% to 22 days. Both pending and active listings county-wide have increased significantly, indicating a growing inventory and potentially more options for buyers. Combined rising prices, longer market times, and increased active listings signal

a more competitive market, allowing stabilized price growth in coming months.
